About Elder and Associates, PC.

Elder and Associates PC specializes in providing services to closely held businesses in the St. Louis Metropolitan region.

The Firm's principal, Daniel T. Elder, graduated from the University of Missouri - St. Louis with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and is currently completing the thesis required for obtaining his Masters Degree in taxation.

Mr. Elder has twenty-four years of accounting and tax experience. He began his accounting career with the firm of Ernst & Whinney in the Audit Division. Later he accepted a position in the Tax Department at General Dynamics where his specialization included International, State, and local taxation.

When the Firm was first established, it provided services to a general business clientele; however, Mr. Elder quickly made the decision to specialize in providing tax and accounting services to closely held businesses. Since that time, he has developed considerable expertise, and has achieved substantial experience, in providing for the needs of these private businesses.

Elder and Associates PC takes pride in delivering cost-effective tax and accounting services which respond to each individual client's particular needs. This concept of responsive accounting services provided in a cost-effective manner has well served the Firm since its beginning and will continue to do so in the coming years.
